About Us

Pic of Kevin and Pam for About PageR&S Basements is owned by Pam and Kevin Relyea. While Pam manages the home, Kevin manages the business. We are currently in our 11th year of operation.

At R&S, we get to know our customers, their preferences for finish details, and most importantly how they plan to use their basement. This information is critical to the development of an optimal basement design. Our exceptional design experience and project management skills, combined with our sense of practicality and a passion for homeowner value, results in finished basements that meet or exceed our customer’s project objectives while working within a budget.
R&S Basements understands that finished basements are more than just a group of rooms surrounded by concrete walls. Finished basements are part of a greater family strategy. They provide a safe place for your children to get together and “game” with their friends (while you keep an eye on what games they are playing). Basements can also provide a dedicated place for your children and their toys, an extra bedroom for your teenager, a place to workout without leaving your home, and of course a place for you to socialize with your family and friends.
A typical R&S customer has a family, a realistic yet limited budget, and a desire to increase the livability and value of their home. Our customers understand and appreciate the value that comes with hiring an experienced remodeling contractor – exceptional design and project management services, risk mitigation, predictability of costs, and a single point of accountability. All of these add up to Exceptional Value!
